I have a few quest that i can not complete because the NPC who i claim my reward with is dead. is there any fix to this or am i SOL

I believe what you are describing happened to me as well. In Pre-Searing Ascalon, in one of the quests Devona died. I just went to a new instance and returned. Because of the nature of Guid War's instanced gameplay, you don't need to worry about important NPCs dying.

well ive tried returning to the spots several times, and they are still missing, but the green star on map is there.

guess im SOL on these quest as the NPCs are dead or at least disappeared on me

go back to askalon and then back to (i presume) ashford abbey or the closest point to the person and do it over
